Juban Road report
Could someone who uses Juban rd as a daily means of entering I12 please tell us what the effect has been? I go that way alot and it looks to me like it hasn't helped much at all. Range rd is still packed to the brim and the interstate still creeps all the way from Juban to the river. Anyone?
