Baton Rouge Police and in-car cameras?
With all the hype lately about all the police brutality being caught on tape, how long will it be before the BRPD has these in their vehicles? Anyone know any cops here? I'd like to know how they work and if the officers can turn them on/off or have access to the tapes.
