Area Races?
Anyone have any information about local (Baton Rouge-area) 5K, 10K, or triathalon races?
I know the Louisiana School for the Deaf is doing a 5K on Saturday, April 19th (from Louisiana School for the Deaf).
Did anyone waddle the Fat Boy this past weekend? It was a blast. I didn't train for it at all, but I still finished in under 30 minutes (5K = 3.11 miles)!

I'm actually quite surprised I finished so [relatively] quickly. Mr. BR Today, how about we start training you for the next Fat Boy 5k? lol
Even if you don't run, there's moon pies, dough nuts, chocolate milk, and sausage dogs on-site!
