I've never really had a soda habit. As a kid, my parents didn't really drink sodas, so we'd mostly drink juices and kool-aid type drinks that were loaded with sugar. Now all I drink is water and a jug of the sugar free Crystal Lite.

And as far as eating, I try to keep as many processed foods out of my "diet" as possible.

Breakfast everyday is 4 eggs and a banana in my protein shake. Sometimes with a few strips of turkey bacon.

Lunch and supper is usually a choice between grilled chicken breast, tuna, or lean steak. I usually have that with either green beans or a small salad with balsamic vinegar or fat free Italian dressing.

I have 2-3 snacks throughout the day. They are either almonds, apples, grapes, and a single serving bag of baby carrots.

If for some reason I'm feeling hungry before bed, I'll have either a cup of fat free cottage cheese, or a spoon of peanut butter.

I've lost over 45lbs using this method with weightlifting and cardio 5 days a week.

Lately I havent exactly been following this diet 100% which probably explains the recent plateau in my weightloss.
