Dr. Donald Auzine Pleads Guilty in Federal Court

Apparently Dr. Auzine disagrees with everyone here who claims he's innocent. This morning he pleaded guilty to all charges to illegally dispensing medication without a medical reason.

well he needs alot of support, good of you to believe in him, but for someone who only heard of him through the media for his illegal behavior i nor any other citizen would be interested except for the fact that he had a license to practice medicne and he abused that privilege and was using and selling drugs, i have a family also, kids and friends who need to be aware of this type of behavior, and that their are consequences for our actions, hes not a role model for me, my family, kids or anyone else for that matter

hey, i think ur right about brent. bet his girlfriend was a junkie and was screwing around with the doc for drugs and now brent is all bent on revenge. leave the doc alone. he just likes to party. he wont go to jail once he lines the pockets of the right people. he can learn from his mistakes and not get caught next time. dont' blame him for being a party guy and liking to keep his friends happy.

Any doctor caught with a quarter pound of marijuana and enought extacy to be charged with intent to distribute, then also charged with writing prescriptions illegealy, and with 275 thousand dollars in cash which he gave up, and plead guilty on all charges would be stupid to do it again, but he should never get a license to practice medicine in the future either, regardless if he is a GOOD person, im sure he has been partying for along time, alcohol, drugs, whatever, hes an addict, like alcoholics - once an alcoholics always an alcoholic, after he gets out of jail, which we are waiting to hear about, he will be challanged with a lifetime of follow up, meetings, support, and sobriety from all mind altering substances, time will tell

People who have 5 DWI's tend to get out and drive again, what is the difference. If you dont know him personally, which it sounds like you dont, then how can you say he has been partying for a long time> you dont know if he is an addict of any kind. He made a mistake and got caught up in the glory let us say. I think he has learned a lesson and hope that he is practicing again soon. And by the way, I do know him.
