Dr. Donald Auzine Pleads Guilty in Federal Court
Apparently Dr. Auzine disagrees with everyone here who claims he's innocent. This morning he pleaded guilty to all charges to illegally dispensing medication without a medical reason.

The search and seizure of his house and vehicle netted more than $250,000.00 in cash and an array of...

Are you going to be at his sentencing with a posterboard sign that says "We're behind you Dr Auzine. We know you're innocent"

denial

like the guy says, guilty is guilty, when you plead guilty thats it, your all in denial, well when he gets sentenced will you still be in denial, 20 years one million fine, when he is behind bars will you still say hes innocent, or do you all think he is gonna get off on these charges, then say see i told you so, come on, what about all the extacy, and quarter pound of pot, he had been doing drugs for years, this wasnt his first go around, what about the state charges, will he get off those too, probably not, will the state let him practice, i hope not, its sad for all that are in his family but the truth is the truth, i hope he has had the guts to tell them he did it and now do his time for the crime

I know firsthand his antics as I was employed by him at some point. He really didn't care as much as some of you think. He treated everyone like his best friend in that little room, then made fun of you when you left. If you couldn't pay your bill, you didn't get your prescription. That hardly sounds like a humanitarian to me. All of these people that thought they had such a strong rapport with Donald, think again. You loved him, and half of the time he couldn't even remember your name when you came in. He shared your personal info with all of the staff and usually laughed about it when the appt. was done and he had your money. No one has mentioned one great point. How was he able to prescribe meds at his clinic while he was in Destin, Florida?
All one had to do was bring in their 200-300 dollars and they got a presigned prescription while Donald was in Florida with some of his staff. What type of doctor does that? For all of you defending him, I would make more of your time by trying to save the polar bear.

Florida

Wow! How did he pull that off? How was he able to collect money from patients in Gonzales while he was in Florida? Did he call them on the phone (Skype) and call in their meds? First I've heard of this.

Dr. Auzine

I saw Dr. Auzine for suboxone treatment. Yes, he was pretty lenient on my visits, but he did not charge nearly half of what a "notable psychiatrist" I had gone to before him. You know doctors have it tough these days. If they say no, people hate them and if they prescribe the pain medicine people blame them for addiction problems. They can only go by what the patient tells them and what medical records show them. I can promise there are a lot of doctors who are much more lenient than Dr. Auzine. He may have overstepped his authority, but he has a good heart and I miss him.
