You got me on that. I live in a REALLY crappy apartment. But when I graduate, I have many, many job offers already lined up to utilize my minor in Transportation Engineering. I'd like to work for the loop project because not only do I love Baton Rouge, I would love to see some smart, intelligent growth here and the area around it. That's why I am so vocal on this.

Loop Buster
I Have No Problem Driving In The Traffic. I Make Sure I Leave Early Enough To Get Where I Am Going. Sorry If You Do Not Get Why People Are Not Happy About This Loop Idea. I Have Nothing Against Baton Rouge. Just Scared Of Having To Walk Away Form My Land. My House Can Be Replaced. I Guess You May Think It Foolish, And That Is Your Right. However I Feel Living The Rest Of My Life Where I Am Now Is My Birth Right. I Do Understand The Loop May Are May Not Go Through My Place. But It Will Go Through Someone`s Land, And I Can`t Help But Feel Bad For That. I Agree With The Person Who Said We Should Be Able To Vote On The Loop. I Know You Are Concerned For Your Way Of Life Also, And I Can Respect That.

Seriously...do you realize how ridiculous you sound?

I know how ridiculous you sound. I and my husband work local to avoid your traffic problem. Some day when you grow up and move out of your high class apartments you may realize the value of family. You may not want to look out in your yard to see an eye sore called the loop. We grew up feeling safe to run around in the yards. Not many in Baton Rouge can say the feel safe letting there children play outside. Look at your crime rates and look at ours.
