Contributing to deliquency of a minor likely reflects his young wedlock daughter who was in the home with the narcotics.
Felony possession with minors drums up that charge.
Given the amount purportedly found I would assume this to be the case.

Where did you get his E-Mail address from?
I was doing some research and came across a suspicious "mail order pharmacy" in which he received an reward for the amount of prescriptions he placed with the site.
Would like to conduct research on his E-Mail address and skip trace it as well.

New Image Health and Wellness Center

I wrote one of them before and received a response from him personally. And I've spoke on the phone with him over concerns about the amount of meds he was prescribing for a friend.

Hi... Dr. Auzine. I don't know what happened, but you have always been a real friend and a great doctor for me. You have helped me with some things that other Drs. just couldn't quite get right. Our prayers go out to you... God bless you. Thanks for all your help with my back and my scapula and pain down my left arm. You are one of the most professional doctors I have ever met and my wife thinks so too. Again, If I can do any thing for you, please let me know. Don't worry, I'll do my best to show and tell everyone about your Gods gift talent which is taking time out with patients and making them feel like a real person. Let me know if I can do anything for you brother. Overall, Dr. Auzine is very professional anbd takes his time with each and every problem, a pain problem or an infection problem, also with skin care. Dr. Auzine is the most friendly MD that I have ever met. It is apparent that this man cares about all of his clients. Dr Auzine, you just keep your head high. You are the best Dr. I have ever met. I love the way you care about me and my family. Please, please.... let me know if I can do anything!!!!!!

OH, by the way, a good rule of thumb is to believe none of what you hear and only half of what you see!!!! Remember this... It's usually true. God bless you and your family... Rob

Have to agree

Yep. Sounds like he was a good doctor if you were in pain and needed some meds. He might also have been a good source for the fun party supplies if that's what you're into. I certainly don't blame him for loving money. Wish I had an extra $200,000.00 laying around the house in cash. Nothing wrong with that.

This might be a stupid question, but:

Is it really illegal to have a large amount of cash?

They always talk about seizing money, but what makes it a crime?

If you have 10 bucks and get picked up for a crime when you get released or get out of jail, it's given back to you.

All the rules change after the $10,000.00 mark when it comes to cash in your possession... the IRS will be very interested in this money...

It's fine as long as you are able to show where you obtained it and that you reported it as income to the I.R.S.

On another note, it's not great because now he will always have to worry about criminals seeing the story and deciding to break into his home and business to look for more money. Publishing the info about the money places him and his family in danger. There are crooks who would think nothing about causing harm to steal that amount of money. Of course if it turns out he was dealing in drugs then he was already flirting with death anyway.

My question is why though?

Whats the difference in having 10,000 in my bank or under my pillow?

I know there are less and less of them, but for instance some people that grew up during the Great Depression still don't trust banks with their money.

If it legal to have cash, the amount shouldn't affect that.

I guess the best thing to do would be to buy a prepaid credit card and just load your money onto it. No name, and you don't have to have cash.

10,000 in the bank is reported and tracked. You have either paid or will pay taxes on that. Cash in your house is an obvious attempt to circumvent tax laws. There's no reason in the entire world to have that much cash in one place. What was he doing, cashing his paycheck at the liquor store and just bringing it home? Gimme a break. That money is dirty, else, it would be invested or in the bank somewhere.
