That is totally irrelevant! We are talking about this particular rape and the years spent for nothing. Did you miss that? Or maybe they should pay his $1 million and then he serve his time for this rape. Anyway it goes, he is owed his $1 million. Do you get that?

I say he either gets time served for the second rape, or he gets the money but serves time for the second rape. You can't have both.

Furthermore: Two rapes and he is currently in jail on drug charges....I dont think society missed out on anything with him in jail. Based on his record, give him 50 bucks.
