you don't have to worry about losing business where the loop goes. Every exit on the loop will explode with businesses and gaudy, overpriced apartments. Not to mention, all the Wal~marts and starbucks. What will happen is that the city will spread out like a disease, causing the older neighborhoods to deteriorate. I hope that CCLA and Corporate will become ghettos like where Sunny lives...
