It has been four (4) years since Alan Waters was murdered (by his wife probably) and no trial. This is a clear example of how the rich can buy their way out of anything, in this case, a murder trial. If she is innocent it would seem that she would want to be cleared of this murder charge and get on with her life and put this sorted mess behind her, but it is apparent she can afford to pay her attorneys to file whatever it takes to postpone a trial. 4 Years!!!! If they ever have a trial evidence will be missing, witnesses gone, etc. This is exactly what they want. This is unbelievable! And frankly it makes me sick that this can happen. You can be if this was a poor, black woman she would have had a trial within the year and be sitting in jail. What is the DA's Office doing.
