All the sarcasm in the world will not change this oppinion. Assuming everyone is addicts that support him , is foolish on your part. Again, you are not just putting down on him , you are also putting down all who speak any kindness about him all because it angers you that others do actually care what happens to him , even knowing the mistakes he has made. Give yourself a break , surely you can't be to peaceful or happy of a person with all this bitterness. He did some things wrong and he will pay for it , he is not being commended for his wrong doings , he is being recognized for all of the good he has done and is made up of . His good far out weighs his bad! It is always awesome to see people learn from their mistakes and come back stronger because of it. This is his first time to have consequences for any wrong doings , not his second , third or fourth! So I hope people like you learn from this and maybe it will show you all who make mistakes , don't deserve to be miserable for the rest of their lives.

I agree with you about that poster. I don't know who he is. But he seems a bit too ready to claim some kind of alliance with the Doctor.
I imagine the Doctor knows now who his real friends are in this world. If it's his first run in with the law he'll likely get off with a short stint in jail and it will give him a chance to reflect on his mistakes, what they cost him, his patients, his family, and employees. Throwing away a career in medicine will be a tough price but with his education he'll be able to find another career easily where he will be able to make up for lost time. Like you I hope he is able to overcome this.
