People who have 5 DWI's tend to get out and drive again, what is the difference. If you dont know him personally, which it sounds like you dont, then how can you say he has been partying for a long time> you dont know if he is an addict of any kind. He made a mistake and got caught up in the glory let us say. I think he has learned a lesson and hope that he is practicing again soon. And by the way, I do know him.
