It has happened to all of us and our doctors have not gone to jail and loose there practice and house and he has a young daughter to support. He has passed all pee tests he has been given right after the raid also there was no MDNA which was listed on report they took the subaxone he had in his office for MDNA which is a anti withdrawl drug given to the crack heads. He has not killed anyone nor has anyone overdosed on his medication so why is he loosing everything. You know why because the Ascension parish sherriffs dept. wanted the money confiscated from his house. Now check ya'll facts next time.

I must agree with others. You sound as though you are hopped up on Vicodin when you write, Tony. I can believe that the authorities may have mistaken Subaxone for MDMA (not MDNA) but you can hardly get around pot and hundreds of thounds of dollars laying around as being some sort of misunderstanding. I truly hope Donald comes out of this ok and that he can salvage a career, but of the utmost importance is that he become a better man and a better doctor if that is the case. Despite what any of us think, his fate is in the hands of the US attorneys office. What Donald does with any opportunities afforded him is up to him. And that is exactly how he should view it - opportunities - whether it be jail time (which I believe now is doubtful), community service, fines, etc. From what I have read on this site, there are people out there just stupid enough to go back to him, so he will be able to have a practice. what he does from that point on is up to him. Let's hope he can grow some 'character' from this experience. Let's see if he can do something to make his mother proud, if she were still around.
