The only post that was directed at someone regarding them being an entergy employee was made because, as administrator of the forum, I can see the IP/server that the user posts from. That user posted from an entergy.com server. That being said, while its certainly no problem for entergy employees to comment, I think it would be construed as biased for an entergy employee to make a comment like "I think Entergy does a great job keeping the lights on and getting my lights back on quickly if they do go out".

I agree with BRT and being somewhat of a computer nerd myself ( no offense ), i know that it is possible for the administrator to see where everyone is logged in from. Nice job of entergy employees coming to the defense of their company, but come on people, comments like the one that was made by an employee of entergy is really out of line.
PS - I have no problem paying the extra fee. The service is well worth it in my opinion.
