Dr. Donald Auzine Pleads Guilty in Federal Court
Apparently Dr. Auzine disagrees with everyone here who claims he's innocent. This morning he pleaded guilty to all charges to illegally dispensing medication without a medical reason.

The search and seizure of his house and vehicle netted more than $250,000.00 in cash and an array of illegal narcotics.

Dr. Auzine did not contest any part of the investigation which led up to the search and his arrest.

Maybe he helped some people, which is a given if he's a doctor, but lets face it, if the guy thought he was innocent, he'd have contested everything from the purchases made by undercover agents to the search and seizure of the money and drugs. I don't know many people who would plead guilty to such a large amount of charges if they weren't guilty. His prescription license was revoked by the Drug Enforcement Agency and his medical license is now on the line. It will be up to the Medical Board as to whether or not he gets to keep it.

This should be a lesson to every other drug dealer who's operating under the cloak of a license. Its just a matter of time before they haul you in as well.
