Weren't we just talking about the police policing themselves in another forum here?
I think I have a solution to all this.
Currently we have:
Doctors oversee doctors
Lawyers oversee lawyers
Police oversee police
Let's change this to:
Doctors oversee police
Police oversee doctors
Get rid of the lawyers
