I don't work for Entergy. WE are risk sharing, like insurance. When the damage is in the Baton Rouge area we will want to share the cost. You don't get it both ways. I think it was rude to respond to someone you thought was an Entergy employee as though they should not have an opinion.

The only post that was directed at someone regarding them being an entergy employee was made because, as administrator of the forum, I can see the IP/server that the user posts from. That user posted from an entergy.com server. That being said, while its certainly no problem for entergy employees to comment, I think it would be construed as biased for an entergy employee to make a comment like
"I think Entergy does a great job keeping the lights on and getting my lights back on quickly if they do go out".
