A Compromise
As long as LSU accepts money from the State or Federal Governments they shouldn't have a right to disallow people from using their name, logo, or colors. If they want to exercise a copyright or trademark they should support themselves one hundred percent.

If they use money I send to the government when I pay taxes then I'll use their "tiger", colors, or name as I like. Because when they accept public money they become public property as far as I'm concerned.
