Thats is exactly right. You live in a apartment and have nothing at stake. Did you take 70,000 out of your savings to put in on a house for a down payment, and add another 15,000 on upgrades to have it possibly tore down? Do you think I willl get paid for all the upgrade made to my home? My home is less than 7 months old......I think you can keep your oppinions to yourself until you actually own a house, and know what is at stake.

I am not trying to be contrary, but 7 months ago all possible routes for the loop were listed. Did you look into this before you bought/built?
