Did the people say they were from the Loop project when they did the survey, or are you assuming that they were?
I know several people from the loop project and not a one is excited to have to move people in order to complete the loop.
I think that if it relieves congestion while still letting us expand the interstates later on, then I think the handful of homes it displaces is worth it.
I know my apartment next to LSU isnt affected, and how dare I say those things, but we can either build it now and solve the problem or we can wait 20 years and then have to destroy 10 times as many to make a less impact on the city's traffic...
