A Baton Rouge man has been charged with 2nd offense DWI, vehicular homicide, 1st Degree Vehicular Negligent Injury and Reckless Operation after running over 2 bicyclists on Perkins Rd Saturday Night.
Joseph Branch
28 year old Joseph Branch of Chadsford Ave in Baton Rouge, struck 30 year old Nathaniel Crowson and a friend, both of whom were riding bicycles eastward in the 6100 block of Perkins Rd. Crowson was killed as a result of the accident. His friend, name unknown at this time, was transported to a local hospital with injuries to his lower body.
Baton Rouge Police are still investigating this accident.
