The segment of S. Harrells Ferry Rd between O’Neal Lane and Millerville Rd is about 60% complete with its upgrade from 2 to 4 lanes. The stretch between Jones Creek and O’Neal is fully completed but not in use due to the intersection with Jones Creek still being upgraded. The project was started in September of 2009 and is scheduled to be fully completed on November 5th of this year. Judging by the current state of construction it would appear that the crews will meet that deadline.

The rest of S. Harrells Ferry Rd from Millerville to S. Sherwood Forest is undergoing the same upgrade. This leg of the project is scheduled to be completed in July of 2012 and is currently showing to be at a 40% completion.
