Terrebone Parish Sheriff Makes Arrests in Aggravated Rape Case

On August 25, 2011, Thursday evening Terrebonne Parish deputies began investigating an aggravated rape involving a female under the age of 13. Deputies responded to the Chauvin area and made contact with the victim. Detectives were immediately called in order to assist in this investigation.

During this investigation detectives learned that a 19 year old female acquaintance and another adult female solicit the female juvenile to have sex with a 65 year old man. The 19 year old adult is identified as Brittany Lynne Martin and the 65 year old man is identified as Terry Joseph Leboeuf. The sexual act occurred on, Sunday, August 21, 2011 at an undisclosed location and the unidentified adult female was paid $100. On Thursday (8-25-11) detectives located Terry Leboeuf and transported him to the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office where he was questioned. Leboeuf admitted to being involved in this sexual act but denied knowing that the victim was a juvenile. Terry Joseph Leboeuf, age-65, 523 Aragon Rd. Montegut was arrested for soliciting for prostitution and aggravated rape.

On this same evening detectives located Brittany Martin at her residence, 5525 Bayouside Dr. Chauvin, and transported her to the Sheriff’s Office where detectives also questioned her regarding this investigation. Brittany Lynne Martin, age-19, was arrested for principal to soliciting for prostitution and principal to aggravated rape and possession of drug paraphernalia. Martin was searched prior to being transported to the jail and detectives located 7 syringes and other drug paraphernalia items inside of her purse. Both Leboeuf and Martin remain in the Terrebonne Parish Jail on a $500,000.00 bond. Due to the age of the victim and the nature of thisinvestigation no further details will be released at this time.

Their arraignment date is set for October 10, 2011.
