Recently, in Shadows Lake Subdivision off S. Harrell’s Ferry Road, a female’s purse was taken out of her vehicle in her driveway. The incident took place during daylight hours on August 24th. The suspect, shown in this surveillance video moments before the burglary, approached the female’s vehicle which was parked in her driveway. She had pulled up to her home and ran inside to pick up her son. While she was inside, the suspect opened the door to her vehicle and grabbed her purse, then left in the vehicle shown in the video below. The vehicle is a silver 1998-2002 Ford F150 Extra cab (not 4 door) with moderate body damage to the right rear bedside. The suspect appears to be a black male who, at the time of the incident, was wearing a white tank top shirt and a ball cap which was being worn backwards.

Thankfully neither the victim nor her son were injured in the incident.
