Search Warrant Leads EBRSO to Narcotic Stash

East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Narcotics Detectives executed a search warrant yesterday at 12721 King James and seized a number of drugs and arrested one man.

Deputies seized approximately 1.6 pounds of marijuana, 24 dosage units of lortabs, 47 dosage units of cyclobenzaprine (a muscle relaxer), .3 grams of cocaine, 3 dosage units of alprazolam (xanabars), 3 dosage units of roxycotin (oxycodone hydrochloride) and a digital scale.

Deputies arrested the resident Marcus D Bell, 35, for Possession With Intent to Distribute (PWITD) Schedule I Controlled Dangerous Substance (CDS)- Marijuana, PWITD Schedule II CDS- Cocaine, PWITD Schedule II CDS- Roxycotin, PWITD Schedule III CDS- Lortab, PWITD Schedule IV CDS-alprazolam, Possession of a Legend Drug- cyclobenzaprine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
