Today at 11:00 AM, Mayor Kip Holden hosted the official groundbreaking ceremony for the Flannery at Choctaw intersection improvement. This is the latest of the Green Light Projects to kick off in Baton Rouge.  This improvement project adds turn lanes at each approach of the intersection, straightens the alignment of N. Flannery, and widens the existing S. Choctaw at Lively Bayou Bridge.
