The East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office and Baton Rouge City Police are looking for a man that is believed to be responsible for a string of robberies.
The suspect is described as a black male, 5’07″ to 5’09″, slim to medium muscular build, with a dark complexion. In most of the robberies, the suspect is described as wearing a hooded sweatshirt with a bandana over his face. In most of the cases, the man was seen with a gun. He was last seen fleeing the scenes on foot.
Law enforcement believe the man pictured may be connected with the following robberies:
1) Family Dollar (BRPD)
5870 Plank Rd
* The Armed robbery occurred on November 15, around 6:15 p.m. and money was taken.
2) Cracker Barrel (BRPD)
6435 Winbourne Ave
* The Simple robbery occurred on November 17, around 9:18pm and money was taken.
3) Family Dollar (BRPD)
7165 Greenwell Springs Rd
* The Armed robbery occurred on November 27, around 8:26 p.m. and money was taken.
4) Family Dollar (BRPD)
4122 Plank Rd
* The Armed Robbery occurred on November 29, around 7:44pm and money was taken.
5) Family Dollar (BRPD)
4750 Hooper Rd
*The Armed Robbery occurred on December 4, around 7:08pm and money was taken.
6) Cracker Barrel (EBRSO)
9530 Hooper Rd.
* The Armed Robbery occurred on November 19, around 9:35 p.m. and money was taken.
7) Arby’s (EBRSO)
5380 Jones Creek
* The Simple robbery occurred on November 27, around 10:45 p.m. and money was taken. (It is unknown if the suspect had a weapon in this case.)
8 ) Popeyes (EBRSO)
18281 Highland Rd.
* The Armed Robbery occurred on November 23, around 11:10 p.m. and money was taken.
9) Family Dollar (EBRSO)
13559 Old Hammond Hwy.
*The Armed Robbery occurred on December 1, around 7:50 p.m. and money was taken.
